The Problem of Evil & Suffering (Ephesians 5:16-17)

There are many challenges to our Christian faith that we must give an answer for (1 Pet. 3:15). One of the most challenging is the problem of evil. It is an issue that strikes at the very heart of our belief that God is good, just, and holy (1 Pet. 1:16). How does the Bible deal with this issue and how can we give an answer for our hope in the face of evil?
