Last time in our study of the Psalms we reflected on the question” Can you and I depend on God’s steadfast love and faithfulness?”  The first half of this Psalm would tell us the answer is a resounding “Yes!” But what do we do when it seems like the answer is “no?”  Here in the last half of Psalm 89 the psalmist is wrestling with doubts about the promises of God and if they have been fulfilled.
