Talking About Jesus (1)

Talking About Jesus (1) (John 4:28-30)

Phillip Stuckey, July 31, 2022
Part of the Miscellaneous series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

God wants us all to go out and bear fruit by making more disciples (Matt. 28:18-20; Mark 4:20). We have seen that in pursuing a personal relationship with God and our brethren God equips us to be able to plant and water (John 15:4-5; 1 Cor. 3:6). But practically speaking, how can we do this? How can we talk about Jesus with our friends and neighbors? How can we talk about Jesus with strangers?

John 4:28–30 (Listen)

28 So the woman left her water jar and went away into town and said to the people, 29 “Come, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?” 30 They went out of the town and were coming to him.
